Our Business Overview

This large project in Spotsylvania, VA, consists of four phases and totals 617 MWdc, making it the largest in the state as of recent reports. The project is expected to power roughly 111,000 homes. Spotsylvania Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 6,350 acres. The project supplies enough clean energy to power 111,000 households, offsetting 340,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. 161 inverters have been installed at the project site. Several large solar projects with significant power output and large planned capacities are in the pipeline. 

This act mandates the construction of 16,100 MW of solar and onshore wind power by 2035 to help the state reach 100% renewable energy by 2045. A significant corporate commitment to a large solar project that helped drive down costs for other buyers in the state

Located in Spring Grove, VA, this 210.9 MW facility was completed in 2019 by Urban Grid and is among the largest solar installations in the state. 
Future 500 kV Projects: Several large solar projects with significant power output and large planned capacities are in the pipeline. Examples include the Carson-Suffolk project (800 MW) in Sussex and the Clover-Rawlings project (700 MW) in Charlotte. .
